Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of decluttering services provided by Smart Decluttering Solutions ("Service Provider") to the client ("Client"). By engaging the services of the Service Provider, the Client agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Services Provided

The Service Provider agrees to provide decluttering services to the Client as described in the service agreement or as otherwise agreed upon. Services may include assessment, organisation, sorting, decluttering, and disposal of items.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide access to the decluttering area and necessary utilities.
Communicate their decluttering goals, preferences, and any special instructions to the Service Provider.
Make decisions regarding the disposal or retention of items.
Pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered in accordance with the payment terms specified.

3. Fees and Payment

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fees for the decluttering services provided. Payment terms, including rates and payment schedule, shall be specified in the service agreement.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a decluttering appointment, they must provide 48 hrs advance notice to the Service Provider. Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation fees or rescheduling charges.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information or sensitive details disclosed during the decluttering process. The Service Provider shall not disclose any client information to third parties without the Client's consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage to the Client's property unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct. The Client acknowledges that decluttering may involve moving heavy items and assumes any associated risks.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with advance notice to the other party as specified. Upon termination, the Client shall pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the Service Provider. It is the responsibility of the Client to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.

By using the services of the Service Provider, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
