What is decluttering, and why is it important?

Decluttering is the process of organising and simplifying your living or working space by removing unnecessary items. It's important because it can create a more functional, visually appealing, and stress-free environment.

What are the different levels of service you offer?

We provide 3 different service options. Home In Person, Home DIY Virtual, and Business In-Person services. You can choose which service best suits your needs knowing we will be there to support you every step of the way, whether you choose one of our In Person options or our DIY Virtual option.

How does your In Person decluttering service work?

Our In Person decluttering service begins with an initial consultation to assess your needs and goals. We then work with you to develop a personalised decluttering plan and provide hands-on assistance with sorting, organising, and decluttering your belongings.

Do I need to be present during the In Person decluttering process?

Your presence during the decluttering process is preferred but not essential.. We understand that you may have other commitments, so we can work with you to schedule decluttering sessions at your convenience. As the final decision is always yours, you will need to be present at some point in the process to identify items to be kept and rehomed.

How does your DIY virtual service work?

Our DIY Virtual Service begins with an initial consultation to asses your needs and goals. We provide how to guides, planners and checklists to help you work through the decluttering and organising tasks. You will also have access to virtual online consultations and workshops to keep you on track and and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What should I expect during the initial consultation?

Our initial consultation usually takes place via video call, although a home visit can be arranged.
During the initial consultation, we will discuss your decluttering goals, preferences, and any specific areas of concern. We'll also assess your space and provide recommendations for the decluttering process.

How long does the decluttering process take?

The duration of the decluttering process depends on various factors, including the size of the space, the amount of clutter, and your specific goals. We will provide an estimate of the time required during the initial consultation.

What happens to the items I no longer want?

We can assist you with donating, recycling, or disposing of unwanted items responsibly. We'll work with you to determine the best course of action based on the condition and type of items. We will always endeavour to find an environmentally friendly solution, whenever possible.

Do you provide storage solutions or organisation products?

Yes, we can recommend storage solutions and organisation products to help maximise your space and keep it clutter-free. We can also assist with sourcing and implementing these solutions as part of our service.
