The 5s Principles

1s -Sort - Go through work areas to identify items to retain, repurpose, sell, discard.

2s - Set - Place retained items in agreed locations (A place for everything, everything in its place)

3s - Shine -Clean/inspect retained items for future (safe) use.

4s - Standardise - Define rules and policies to support the ongoing benefits of the first 3 S's. 

5s - Sustain - Discuss an in-house auditable process to maintain the new clutter free environment, making it a way of life.
