Professional & Empathetic Declutter Experts
At Smart Decluttering Solutions we understand how difficult it can be to declutter your home.

It may be that your home has become cluttered and disorganised as you are just too busy managing work, family and life in general to start a decluttering project.
Often items have accumulated over many years and we understand that some may have sentimental value.
We have built an empathetic process that can be tailored to your individual needs.

During our 30 minute free consultation we will explore what a decluttered home looks like to you. We will take the time to understand what is important to you and what you expect from the uncluttered organised space we create for you. Together we will agree which of our services suits you best and how much of our time you need to complete your decluttering project.

During our in person sessions we will help you to decide what you keep and what you purge, but the ultimate decision is always yours. We will work with you to arrange removal of unwanted items, i.e. those selected for rehoming, donating, sale or refuse.
We are ever mindful of the environmental impact of decluttering and will always advise an alternative solution to landfill where possible.

We offer our standard In Person Declutter and Organise Service for smaller business spaces however, our 5S housekeeping processes may be more suitable for larger businesses

If employing 5S principles is appropriate for your business we will engage with all stakeholders to ensure they have a workable understanding of recognised 5S techniques. Through our hands-on service and after case audit package we will support you in creating and maintaining a clutter free, more efficient and safer work environment.

1s -Sort - Go through work areas to identify items to retain, repurpose, sell, discard.
2s - Set - Place retained items in agreed locations (A place for everything, everything in its place)
3s - Shine -Clean/inspect retained items for future (safe) use.
4s - Standardise - Define rules and policies to support the ongoing benefits of the first 3 S's.
5s - Sustain - Discuss an in-house auditable process to maintain the new clutter free environment, making it a way of life.

You can book a 3 or 6 hour decluttering session, charged at £35 per team member, per hour.
You can book as many slots as you need to complete your project.

Additional expenses for travel, 3rd party service providers, storage solutions and procurement activities are agreed in advance.
